Please take Notice that effective, July 1, 2026, Arbitrator Kurt Carlson and Arbitrator Adam Hinrichs will switch dockets.

Arbitrator Carlson will be assigned to Zone 2, Springfield, Quincy, and Urbana.

Arbitrator Hinrichs will be assigned to Zone 3, Peoria, Bloomington, and Rock Island.

Any Matters previously set for Hearing in the month of July, by Arbitrator Carlson, will be heard by Arbitrator Hinrichs. Any Matters previously set for Hearing in the month of July by Arbitrator Hinrichs, will be heard by Arbitrator Carlson.

All Settlement Contracts, Motions and Petitions submitted for these dockets, will be directed to the new Arbitrator for each of these respective Calls. CompFile will be updated to make the appropriate changes to reflect these Arbitrator transfers.
